The Infamous Charlie Buckets.

Finally on my day off I had beautiful, sunny 70 degree weather. Charlie Buckets and I decided to spend the afternoon taking in the sunshine. He is so silly, when hes not trying to eat dirt, sticks, poop or whatever else he manages to find, he loves to just sit and soak up the sun. So of course I had to pull the camera out, and even though I have a million pictures of him already I couldnt help but take some more. He is so photogenic :) Hope you like them, and sorry if your sick of seing charlie pics Ill be heading to the Big Apple next week, and hope to take tons of pictures while Im down there...so stay tuned :)

My Beautiful Morning...

I actually did it! Im so proud of myself :) I was up at 5 am, and on the road by 6am headed to catch some nice sunrise pictures in St.Louis. I was really worried that once the sun rose, it would be a gray and dreary day, but much to my suprise it was a beautiful, sunny, clear blue skied day. I couldnt have asked for more. I started off at the Art Museum, it was very peaceful. The sun was rising, and it was so quiet, and such a beautiful view. I then headed off to Tower Grove Park. That was a cool place, although Im sure its much more pretty in the summer when everything is in bloom. It had a lot of ruins and foundations of old homes which is something I love. I cant wait to go back and take more pictures in the spring.

Then I was off to downtown and the Arch. I drove around aimlessly for almost an hour before I found some nice secret parking spots along the Mississippi River where I could take some great pictures of the Arch and the Eads Bridge. The Eads bridge was absolutely the coolest thing I took pictures of today. Every picture came out awesome! I really love how old and rustic that bridge is, such a cool landmark. All in all today was a very fun, and successful day of taking pictures, and I cant wait until next Sunday to go downtown and shoot some Graffiti with Bryan!

Downtown & The Arch

What would St.Louis be without its Arch? Luckily the weather was insanely nice out today, and I was lucky enough to get crystal blue skies which made for some nice shots of the Arch. Heres a few I took, including some downtown pictures as well.

More Eads Bridge....

Here are a few more of the Eads bridge :)

Eads Bridge

These are some pictures of the Ead's Bridge located in downtown St.Louis next to the Arch. This was absolutely my favorite thing to photograph of the day. I love how old this bridge is and still looks. I thought it was neat that all the pictures looked like they came out of an old newspaper even before they were edited. This is a beautiful and historic bridge, and an important St.Louis landmark.

More Tower Grove Pics..

Heres a couple more..

Tower Grove Park

This is a really nice park, it's probably beautiful in the summer. I liked the old ruins of buildings near the fountain, and I came across alot of really old homes. Im excited to go back in the summer and hopefully get some great pictures of ducklings in the pond.
